It helps if you include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what he did — a screenshot of the moment is worth a hundred words.
How to reset
- A memory. His Memory page (••• → Memory) → the row → Forget. If you forget a lesson, he'll simply offer to show you how again.
- A dance. Dances are memories too — forget the routine on the Memory page and teach him a new one.
- Everything. Delete the app. All memories, the optional brain and his world live only on your phone, so removing the app removes all of it. Details on the privacy page.
Moving to a new phone
Back up your iPhone — iCloud or your computer, whichever you use — and restore the new one from that backup. He comes back with everything: his memories, his world, and the brain if you downloaded it. The one thing that never travels is his identity key — it isn't allowed to leave a phone — so on the new phone he quietly mints a fresh one.
iPhone Duo
He's built for the Duo: open him there and his world follows the hinge — his walk, and a tabletop split that lays his stage across the two halves. No setup: it happens when the app runs on a Duo, and on a normal iPhone nothing changes.
Refunds
The App Store handles refunds, not us — we never see your payment details. On your iPhone: App Store → your name → Purchase History → Qurio Companion → Report a Problem; or open reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in. If Apple's answer leaves you stuck, write to us anyway — a human will help you make the case.
Answers first
Most questions are already answered on the FAQ — what he remembers, why the optional download exists, which iPhones he runs on — and he shows you how covers every lesson the app itself can teach you again (••• → Show me how).
